JUDr. Ing. Jan Vych

He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Charles University in Prague (Mgr. 2001, JUDr. 2004) and the Faculty of Finance and Accounting of the University of Economics in Prague (2002). He is a member of the Czech Bar Association under number 10316.

He has been providing legal consulting since 1996.

He gained professional experience from being involved in legal profession and from provision of legal consulting within the consulting company focusing on complex implementation of company transformation projects.

He is an expert in company law, mergers, acquisitions, company transformations, privatisations and operation of businesses supplying infrastructural services (water, sewage, heat), concern law, proceedings with the Commercial Register, trade relations of obligation, banking law with focus on cooperative savings societies, financial law, securities law, investment incentives, public contracts, PPP, licences.

He speaks Czech, English and German.

Mgr. Veronika Bočanová

Graduate from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague
(Mgr. degree from 2001), Czech Bar Association Reg. No. 10337.
She has been providing legal consultancy since 2000.
She has obtained professional experience in particular as an attorney (she has been employed in a Prague law firm since 2000).

Specializations: labour law (individual and collective), law of commercial companies, mergers & acquisitions, representation before civil and criminal courts, collection of receivables, right to protection against libel and unfair competition.

She speaks Czech and English.

Mgr. Bc. Lucie Matějíková, LL.M.

Graduate from the Faculty of Law of the West Bohemian University in Pilsen (2004) and the International Trade bachelor study at the University of Economics in Prague (2009). In 2005, she obtained the LL.M. degree from a postgraduate program at the Universität Passau (Germany) with a specialization in acquis communautaire and international public law.

In her career as a junior lawyer (since 2006), she specializes in the law of commercial companies including entries into the Commercial Register, acquisitions, commercial obligatory relations, public procurements and construction and environmental law.

He speaks Czech, German and English.

Mgr. Bc. Hana Hendrychová

Graduate from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk's University in Brno in the field of Law (2008), and in the fields of Politology and International Relations at the Faculty of Social Studies of Masaryk's University in Brno (2008).

She has been a junior lawyer since 2008. Her specializations are commercial obligatory relations, corporate law, issues of the Commercial Register, selected aspects of public procurements and acquis communautaire in the relevant areas.

He speaks Czech, German and English.
