In matters related to construction law, we deal with the following in particular:
- territorial management (in short, this is a procedure in which the building authority evaluates whether the builder's intention corresponds to the spatial plan and environmental protection requirements, the result is a zoning decision) - we help clients obtain a decision on the location of the building, on the change of use of the land or on the division or amalgamation land etc.
- construction management (as part of the construction procedure, the building authority assesses the specific method of construction and the conditions of its use, the result is a building permit) - we evaluate whether it is necessary to start a construction procedure for the given construction plan, we prepare documents for the construction procedure, objections of dissatisfied participants in the construction procedure
- Spatial Planning – we advise clients on how to proceed when they want to apply for a change in the zoning plan, when they need a decision on the location of a building or in procedures for a building permit
