  • acquisition and management of real estate, including securing the financing of their acquisition – we ensure the preparation or revision of purchase contracts for real estate, or contracts on a future contract, at the same time we help with securing financing and provide legal escrow as a possible safe method of payment of the purchase price for real estate and, of course, the preparation of a proposal for depositing the real estate in the cadastre and representation in proceedings before the cadastral office; at the same time, we also draw up and revise contracts with construction companies, e.g. during the reconstruction of a house or apartment or during the construction of a house or apartment (works contract)
  • tenancy relations to real estate - we prepare and revise lease or sublease agreements - for a fixed or indefinite period, preparation of amendments to such agreements, withdrawal from the lease agreement, termination of the lease agreement, we also manage the agenda for the collection of receivables associated with the lease
  • tenancy relations – we prepare lease contracts (especially land lease) and consultations regarding leases in general
  • disputes over the determination of ownership rights to real estate – we represent clients in proceedings to determine ownership, to determine the boundary of a plot of land, and we negotiate agreements that prevent such lawsuits,
  • easements and easements – we prepare documents for the establishment of an easement or the establishment of an easement (e.g. easement of use, easement of utility network, support of another building, easement of gutter, right to water, easement of path, easement of road, ...), cancellation of easement and deletion of easement from the cadastre real estate
