JUDr. Ing. Jan Vych

He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Charles University in Prague (Mgr. 2001, JUDr. 2004) and the Faculty of Finance and Accounting of the University of Economics in Prague (Ing. 2002).

He has been providing legal consulting since 1996.

He gained professional experience from being involved in legal profession and from provision of legal consulting within the consulting company focusing on complex implementation of company transformation projects.

He is an expert in corporate law, mergers, acquisitions, company transformations, privatisations and operation of businesses supplying infrastructural services (water, sewage, heat), concern law, proceedings with the Commercial Register, trade relations of obligation, banking law with focus on cooperative savings societies, financial law, securities law, investment incentives, public contracts, PPP, licences.

JUDr. Tomáš Pokorný

Graduate from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk’s University in Brno (2011). During his university studies, he spent one year studying European law and International commercial law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Bourgogne in Dijon.

He has been working in advocacy since 2009. His specializations are corporate law, commercial contractual law, real estate law, IT law and water management.

He speaks Czech, English and French.



Mgr. Zuzana Gajdošová, LL.M.

Zuzana graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague (Czech Republic) in 2011. During her university studies she spent one year as an exchange student at the Sorbonne Law School in Paris (France). In 2014, she completed her graduate studies at the University of Cambridge (UK) with specialisation on international law, EU law and intellectual property, where she attained another Master of Law degree (LL.M.).

Zuzana has been working in advocacy since 2011. Apart from the general legal practice she is particularly focused on data protection, IT law, environmental law, selected aspects of public procurement and international law, including the law of the EU.

Working languages: Czech, Slovak, English and French.



Pierluigi Nudo, LL.M.

Graduated in Law from the University of Calabria in 2010. Member of Italian BAR in the Court of Cosenza and Member of the Czech BAR Association as Established European Lawyer.

During his university studies, he spent one year studying at the Law Faculty of the University of Basque Country in Bilbao, Spain. In 2012 he completed his postgraduate studies in International and Commercial Law at University of New York in Prague where, in cooperation with University of Greenwich (UK) he awarded the title of Master of Law (LL.M.)

He specialies in cross-border cases within the EU, particularly those between Czech Republic and Italy. As registered lawyer in both Jurisdiction, he advises Czech and Italian clients as well as representing them in front of courts.

He speaks Italian, Czech, English and Spanish.



JUDr. Lucia Slobodová

Lucia is a graduate from the Faculty of Law of Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice (Mgr. 2003, JUDr. 2004). She has been practicing advocacy since 2007, gaining valuable experience in the corporate sector as an in-house lawyer, wherein she supervised the legal department of a corporation in the energy industry, as well as from the position of an indenpendent attorney provinding comprehensive legal services.

Lucia specialises in corporate and commercial law, labour law, criminal law, law in the energy industry, and non-banking financial law.

She speaks Czech, Slovak, and English.



Mgr. Daniela Holá

A Graduate of the Law Faculty of Charles University in Prague (Master’s Degree earned in 2010). During her university studies, she spent one year studying at Jönköping International Business School (Sweden). Active as a lawyer since 2010.

For a substantial period of time, she was working in a corporate sector, where, as a member of a management board, was specialised mainly in corporate and business law. Her specialisation is in commercial contractual law, corporate law, waste management law, housing law and public procurement.

She speaks Czech, English and French.



Mgr. Lucie Špičková

Graduate from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague (Mgr. degree from 2016).

She has been providing legal consultancy since 2016. Lucie is primarily focusing on the civil and family law, litigation, public procurement and collection of receivables.

She speaks Czech and English.



Mgr. Barbora Valentová

This year’s graduate from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague.

As a trainee attorney, she mainly focuses on public procurement and corporate law.

She speaks Czech, English and French.
