He gained professional experience both in the field of advocacy and by providing legal advice within a consulting company focusing on the complex implementation of corporate transformation projects.

He gained professional experience both in the field of advocacy and as a corporate legal counsel
in a multinational financial institution. After passing the bar exams (2006), he worked as a cooperating and independent lawyer.
He specializes in the law of commercial companies, acquisitions, transformation of companies,
obligation relations, financial law, legal relations to real estate, intellectual property rights
ownership, public contracts, consultancy for territorial self-governing units and their
organization.

Mgr. Daniela Holá
Attorney
Graduate of the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague (Mgr. 2010). During her studies, she spent a year on a study stay in Jönköping, Sweden at the Jönköping International Business School. She has been practicing law since 2010.
For a long time, she moved in the corporate sphere, where she specialized mainly in corporate and commercial law, and at the same time worked in the management of the group. Specialization in commercial obligations, corporate law, waste law, public procurement law and family law.

Mgr. Denisa Mokřížová
Attorney
Graduate of the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague (Mgr. 2019). During her university studies, she completed a study abroad as part of the Erasmus+ project at the University of The Hague. She has been practicing law since she was a student and gained experience in leading Czech and international law firms.
Denisa specializes in commercial law, including representation in proceedings before courts and administrative authorities. He also has extensive experience in corporate, labor and real estate law. It will not be lost in criminal and family law either.
She speaks Czech, English and German.

Mgr. Vladimír Nováček
Attorney
Graduate of the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague (Mgr. 2011). He has been working in the legal profession since his studies, after passing the bar exams (2015) as a cooperating and independent lawyer.
In addition to general practice, he specializes in the areas of IT law and copyright law, personal data protection, real estate law, corporate agenda, but he is also not lost in labor or criminal law.

Pierluigi Nudo, LL.M.

He studied law at the University of Calabria (Dr. 2010). Member of the Italian Bar Association in Cosenza, under registration number 3450 and member of the Czech Bar Association as a Resident European Lawyer.
During his university studies, he spent one year at the Faculty of Law of the University of the Basque Country in Bilbao, Spain. In 2012, he completed postgraduate studies in international business law at the University of New York, Prague, where he received the title of Master of Law (LL.M.).
He specializes in cross-border commercial-legal disputes within the EU, mainly between the Czech Republic and Italy. Provides advice to Czech and Italian clients, including representation before courts.

A graduate of the Law Faculty of the University of Pavel Jozef Šafárik in Košice (Mgr. 2003, JUDr. 2004). She has been working in the legal profession since 2007, gaining work experience both in the corporate sphere as an in-house lawyer, when she headed the legal department of a company operating in the energy sector, and as an independent lawyer offering comprehensive legal services to her clients.

Mgr. Zuzana Hoang Andrejčáková

A graduate of the Catholic University in Ružomberok – majoring in Social Work (Mgr. 2013).
Since graduating from university, she has worked in Prague as a manager and coordinator in corporate and smaller companies and as support for company management with a focus on clients.
She transferred the acquired experience to our law office and her responsibility is the administrative and accounting support of our lawyers and paralegals.
