We mainly provide the following legal services in the area of obligation law:
- preparation and revision of contracts – we prepare and revise especially purchase contracts, work contracts, commission contracts, agency contracts, transport contracts, but it is not a problem to prepare innominate (unnamed) contracts as well
- in the field of commercial law, we specialize in particular agreements on the transfer of shares in commercial companies, agreements on the sale of shares and other agreements on the acquisition of participations in commercial corporations
- ensuring and confirming contractual relations – we prepare acknowledgment of liability, contractual fines, bank guarantees, default interest and others
- exercising client rights from existing contractual relationships – we deal with both out-of-court negotiations and representation of clients before the court in the case of enforcement of contractual obligations
- company contract (formerly Association Agreements)
- exercising rights in the name of compensation for damage, including compensation for damage to health – we try to negotiate on behalf of clients both in court and out of court for compensation for damage that they have suffered or are obliged to compensate
- representation before general courts and in arbitration proceedings in the cases mentioned above, but also others
